This is why you have an extra shoelace hole in your trainers!

If you thought, like all of us, that the extra hole on our trainers is a design glitch that nobody had the time to bother about then you thought wrong. Thanks to Illumiseen’s YouTube video, we now know the purpose of these small holes and that is, to save our feet from blisters by keeping them firm. Our feet start sliding around the trainers as soon as we start moving and this friction against the shoe often causes irritating blisters on the feet. This can easily be avoided by executing a precise shoelace technique, The Lock.

Learn how to do it right here in this video!
